A balmy June evening in the Sussex countryside, Julia and her team prepare to serve 300 guests at a grand charity ball; Champagne cocktails, canapés, and a three-course meal all freshly prepared on site. As dusk falls, months of careful planning come to fruition; smartly dressed staff circulates with inviting trays of food and drinks and the kitchen put the finishing touches to a memorable dinner.
