I just wanted to thank you for providing such excellent food and professional service on our wedding day on May 28th. Everything went really smoothly and numerous people commented on how good the service was and how attentive the staff were when they needed their glasses topping up etc. The Bbq food was fantastic with really generous portions and lots of variety. I really wish I had tried some of the afternoon tea but I was really just too excited to eat! Everyone said it was lovely though and it was all laid out beautifully.
Please could you also pass on my thanks to Hannah who was so lovely and enthusiastic about our wedding and did a fantastic job on the day. She was also really calm and easy going the day before the wedding setting up the tables etc when I was flapping about moving place settings around etc!

The food was absolutely delicious and exactly as we had requested. So many of our guests have commented on how good the food was, especially for over 140 guests. The canapés especially went down well in both quality and quantity-the highlight for us was the crab spoons which are still making our mouth water.

We just wanted to let you know how delighted and impressed, as were all our guests, with the wonderful way in which you handled the catering of Chris and Lizzie's wedding in Plumpton on 30th May.
From the moment we met you, we realised that you were a true professional, and our subsequent visit to your catering unit at Heathfield, where we also met Tracey, your Events Manager, confirmed that we had made a very wise choice.
You took a very big part of the overall "concern" for the preparations of the wedding away from us, and produced an absolutely fantastic 3 course wedding breakfast (the first time that we believe you have produced an Indian meal for 120 guests, which we felt was superior to any meals we have had in Indian restaurants), followed by the most marvelous homemade burgers (both meat and veggie) for the evening guests.
One of the younger guests was so ecstatic about this combination of food that it took several weeks for him to stop talking about it!
Your other staff at the wedding were also excellent. We have received many comments from both family and friends that they were impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of your waiters and waitresses. We were also so very grateful for the gentleman who came to help clear away the following morning.

My sister and I have always joked that one can tell how special a weeding will be at the start from the canapés offered. Yours were delicious and by some long way the best we have enjoyed at a wedding, so I was delighted!
Pete and I were also massively impressed by your waiting staff, some of whom, despite us initially being stuck around the front of the cottage having photos taken, sought us with their platters to ensure we could also enjoy the canapés. It was lovely not to miss out and an incredibly professional touch that was indicative of your company’s whole approach.
Your food was first class Julia. We were both delighted with the meal and hugely enjoyed the belly pork and the trio of puddings with an autumnal twist was perfect. The crčme Brulee with spiced plum won prizes ! Feedback has been fantastic from guests with more than one saying the meal was the best they had ever enjoyed at a wedding.
