Well, you said you could serve hot food to a large gathering and you did it!  
The quality and quantity was superb!  I have never heard so many people praise the food at such a large function – thank you all so much.  The special dietary requirements guests also said how much they enjoyed the food and how well you looked after them.  Your staff were great!
